Shipping & Warranty

- How much will I be charged for shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (after discounts). For orders under $100 a flat fee of $10.95 will be charged at the checkout.

- How long will my order take to ship?

Your order will be dispatched within 1 - 3 business days via either a courier service or standard Australia Post parcel post, which generally takes with 5 - 7 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you once your products are dispatched. 

- How can I return my product if I am not happy with it?

We do not offer refunds on products if you change your mind. If you feel your product is faulty in any way please read below for further information on Warranty Claims. 

- What if my product is faulty?

Little Lunch Box Co products are all made of durable hardwearing BPA free food safe materials. We have a full 12 month manufacturers warranty on our Little Lunch Box Co branded products. Wear and tear is a normal part of any product and common with products made for, and used by, children. Wear and tear or damage caused by drops are not a fault created during the manufacturing process and will not be claimable under our manufacturers warranty. We recommend that you always store your lunch box with the lid open when not in use to allow the seal to fully dry. Storing your lunch box with the lid closed can result in mould growth. This will not be covered under your manufactures warranty. For warranty issues for purchases within Australia please email a description of your issue along with photo's and your proof of purchase to info@littlelunchboxco.com.au. If you are outside of Australia please contact the stockist you purchased the product from and they will provide you with our sales and warranty representatives details within your country. Proof of purchase will be required for all warranty claims.
