Valentine's Day Love Bark

A special little Valentine's Day treat - Love Filled Chocolate Bark! You can get the kids in the kitchen make a homemade treat to gift to loved ones, or make a special afternoon treat for the kids this Valentine's Day!

INGREDIENTS:

290g of melting chocolate - we used the nestle dark choc melts
1/2 punnet of fresh raspberries

1/4 punnet of fresh strawberries
6-8 marshmallows
Small handful of shredded coconut
Small handful of cacao nibs

METHOD:

  1. Melt the chocolate.
  2. Once melted, line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and pour over the melted choc. Smooth out using a spatula.
  3. Whilst the chocolate is still melted, sprinkle on your goodies - add the fresh raspberries, strawberries, coconut, marshmallows and cacao nibs and set in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
  4. Once fully set, remove from the fridge and break up into pieces.
