Love Filled Chocolate Bark

The sweetest Mother's Day treat - Love Filled Chocolate Bark! Pass this one on to the kids to get creative in the kitchen for Mum. You could also pack this up and gift it to loved ones as a homemade gift.

INGREDIENTS:

290g of melting chocolate - we used the nestle dark choc melts
1/2 punnet of fresh raspberries

1/4 punnet of fresh strawberries
6-8 marshmallows
Small handful of shredded coconut
Small handful of cacao nibs

METHOD:

1. Melt the chocolate.
2. Once melted, line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and pour over the melted choc. Smooth out using a spatula.
3. Whilst the chocolate is still melted, sprinkle on your goodies - add the fresh raspberries, strawberries, coconut, marshmallows and cacao nibs and set in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
4. Once fully set, remove from the fridge and break up into pieces.
