These are great to make the night before just reheat in the morning plus they can be frozen and reheated too - easiest and most delicious lunch idea for the kids !
Serves 2 | 15 Minute Recipe
1-2 Wholemeal pizza bases
3-4 tsp Olive oil
4-6 tsp pizza sauce
1/2 capsicum ( chopped into small bits)
1/2 cup spinach (chopped finely)
2-3 slices of pineapple ( sliced into small bits )
2-3 tsp slices black olives
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Italian Herbs
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/2 Cup shredded pizza cheese
Add olive Oil to the pizza base then brush on some pizza sauce followed by the garlic paste.
Use a star shaped sandwich cutter and cut out a few stars you should get about 4 stars for every medium sized pizza !
Next add your toppings the capsicum, spinach, pineapple, olives, shredded cheese and then add salt to taste the Italian Herbs and the all purpose seasoning.
Pop it into your oven at 185 degrees for about 10 - 12 minutes !
Assemble into your kids bento boxes and pair with your favourite snacks or fruits and vegetables!
